I suppose that to most people I seem to exhibit a good amount of nervous energy.

I do get tense at different times, but I think that overall, I am a rather easygoing guy.

I think one of the reasons people may think of me that way is this:

Wherever I am, I like to keep tabs on my surroundings.
When I am sitting somewhere, I keep mental notes of where people are sitting and what they might be doing. When I'm walking anywhere where there are other people, I keep tabs on the closest people to me and those that are walking in a path where they will eventually near me. I do not freak out about these people, or worry myself that they are going to do something bad, I just feel more comfortable knowing what's going on in my vacinity.

I don't imagine myself a spy a la the Bourne Identity, but I do do it, and I think I do it somewhat stealthly.

The thing that most people notice most, I would imagine, is when I am sitting in a room, I turn my head whenever someone walks through the door. This is in line with my other activities, but it is highly noticible when I turn my head every minute or so towards the door.

Doesn't bother me, just an observation.

I am finally excited about the upcoming 2004 election.

I have discovered the person that I will hopefully be voting for.

General Wesley Clark

I saw him on Bill Maher's HBO show, and I was blown away.

He hasn't announced that he is running yet, but hopefully he will.

Finally there is someone with a chance to beat Bush and put this country back on the right path.
