It's sad.

Tommorow I am doing a favor for my mother and picking up a cousin of mine at the airport.

That's not the sad part...
Let me go back a month.

Last month, I picked up a group of Israeli teenagers from the same airport on another favor for my mother.
I picked up 5 girls around the age of 15-16. These girls were in the US for a month long visit, traveling to different spots around the country for a week each, and were staying in Fort Worth for some reason I don't understand.

Here is what is sad: Tommorow, I will pick up my cousin, and I have more in common with 15 year old girls that live thousands of miles away that I never met before than I have with my own cousin.

And what may be sadder, depending on how you look at it, is that this is the way I like it and would be upset if it were the other way around.
